In the event that you cancel your booking, cancellation fees will be charged as detailed below: – Cancellation 21 calendar days or more before the event: 50% refund of basic attendance fee – Between 1 and 20 calendar days (inclusive) before the event: No refund will be given – Failure to attend: No refund will be given There is limited capacity for all events and a minimum number of participants is required. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the organiser reserves the right to cancel all or some workshops on a short-term notice. In this case, all paid fees will be fully refunded.
